These Terms and Conditions are originally written in English. We may accommodate requests for translated versions to be provided; however, the English version will qualify as the authoritative text in case of any discrepancies or issues of translation.
Our terms and conditions are overseen by and developed in accordance with both the laws of the United Arab Emirates as well as the local laws of the Emirate of business operations. In case of any dispute between the two parties, the same shall be submitted to the relevant court of law.
Unless fraudulent activity is suspected, Rapid Rentals is not to be held accountable for any damages experienced by the renter or any third party. The Renter agrees to protect Rapid Rentals from any costs, claims, losses, or liabilities arising from contractual violations.
Rapid Rentals ensures the specified make and model within select categories. If unavailable, you become eligible for an upgrade to available vehicles. Guarantee does not extend to aesthetic elements like car color.
Refunds for cancellations are processed to the original credit card within 30 working days. Early returns of prepaid bookings are non-refundable. Outstanding fees owed to Rapid Rentals will be deducted from the refund.
A credit card registered in your name is an essential requirement. We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. There are currently no cancellation or no-show fees.
Personal information is not shared with external parties except when required by law, such as for police or traffic departments.
Rapid Rentals reserves the right to recall the vehicle for non-payment or misuse. We may repossess the vehicle without notice, report it as stolen, or charge a late fee of 2% on unpaid installments.
Excessive mileage over the predetermined limit is charged at AED 0.30 to AED 0.50 per additional km, depending on the vehicle.
Salik is charged at AED 5 per crossing. A 12% service fee applies per offense, penalty, or violation incurred by the renter.
Options include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW). Valid police reports are mandatory for insurance claims; without them, the renter is responsible for all restoration costs.
